Home Visit

Koutabi Pet Sitting requires an initial home visit to determine compatibility of our personnel with your pets. We will come to your home to meet with the pets and receive information from the owners regarding pet history and daily routine. A rate of $20.00 will be charged, payable on completion of the visit.

A non-refundable payment of cash, check or money order is due when service is contracted or at the first visit. All deposits are non refundable. If payment is not received before departure an invoice will be left at your home at the end of our last visit and will be payable within (5) five business days from the last visit.

A Late Charge of $8.00 will be assessed for all payments received after the (7th) seventh business day.

If you are a daily or regular client, Koutabi Pet Sitting must be notified of any cancellation (48) forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled visit.
If you are a weekend, vacation or periodic client, Koutabi Pet Sitting must be notified of any cancellation (72) seventy-two hours prior to the scheduled visit.
If (48) forty-eight or (72) seventy-two hour notice is not provided, a $35.00 cancellation fee, or cost of cancelled visit (whichever is less) will be paid to Koutabi Pet Sitting.

For your protection and ours, we require all pets are up to date with all necessary vaccinations. A copy of this record must be provided. All animals are required to wear identification tags while they are under our care.

It is the owner's responsibility to contact Koutabi Pet Sitting within 12 hours of your stated return date to confirm that we are no longer in care of your pets. Koutabi Pet Sitting will automatically resume service at a $25 per visit additional expense to you if you have not called us to let us know of your return. An invoice for the additional services will be left at the home and is payable within (5) five business days of your return. A Late Charge of $8.00 will be assessed for all payments received after the (7th) seventh business day.

Keys

House keys are only returned in person.

Ready Key Program

To join the Ready Key Program (2) two of your personal house keys must be provided to Koutabi Pet Sitting. Keys will be kept on file at Koutabi Pet Sitting and will not be accessed by anyone but Koutabi Pet Sitting employees.

If you do not wish to join the Ready Key Program and Koutabi Pet Sitting must return your key, a $15.00 service fee will be charged.

Home Access by Others

If anyone other than Koutabi Pet Sitting has access to your home during our scheduled dates of service, we must be notified in advance and are not liable for any damages or lost items.

Holidays

Koutabi Pet Sitting is closed on these Major Holidays: Christmas, New Year's Eve and Day, Easter, Independence Day and Thanksgiving.

There is an additional $10.00 charge for Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
